DreamTicket LOW PRICE GUARANTEE INVENTORY

A growing portion of DreamTicket’s inventory is backed by a “LOW PRICE GUARANTEE.” Whenever you see  you’ll know that you won’t find a lower price for your event than with DreamTicket. If you find a lower price on any valid secondary market ticket website, we’ll give you a checkout code for 200% of the difference.

LOW PRICE GUARANTEE CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

  • The lower price ticket you found must be for the same exact ticket(s) (Section, Row, Quantity, Seats), same event, on the same date(s), that you purchased on DreamTicket
  • The lower price ticket must be available to the general public. AARP prices, AAA prices, military prices, corporate prices, student discounts, etc, do not apply
  • Ticket prices offered through loyalty programs, through contests or as a part of a travel package are not valid
  • Ticket prices from apps or websites where you don’t know the event until after booking, rates from websites/apps where you name your own price, and rates you must must call in for a ticket price are not valid
  • The lower rate must still be available when your claim is submitted to: support@dreamticket03.com
  • The lower price ticket you found must be more than just a difference in taxes or fees
  • We do not guarantee against price changes on DreamTicket itself
  • Offer not valid to ticket brokers, ticket resellers or website owners/operators who compete in the online ticket sales market
  • Claims must be filed within 24-hours of the ticket listing on DreamTicket
  • Tickets that have been partially refunded or canceled by dreamticket03.com or others are excluded from the Low Price Guarantee offer
  • DreamTicket’s “Low Price Guarantee” is not valid on any General Admission or Standing Room Only tickets
  • We need a screenshot of the lower price offer and the DreamTicket Low Price Guarantee offer within five minutes of each other (because ticket prices fluctuate based on the supply and demand of ticket inventory)

HOW TO SUBMIT A LOW PRICE GUARANTEE CLAIM

  1. Email our Customer Support team by sending an email to support@dreamticket03.com
  2. Include the email address associated with your DreamTicket account (if applicable), the price you paid for your seats on DreamTicket, where you found the lower price (including a complete link URL if you found the lower price on a website), and any other relevant info. Please attach a screenshot to your email as well
  3. A DreamTicket customer service representative will contact you one the same (or a minimum of one) business day
  4. DreamTicket reserves the right to deny claims that are suspicious and/or deemed to be fraudulent
  5. The DreamTicket Low Price Guarantee does not apply in the event of disasters, acts of terrorism, or other events outside of DreamTicket’s control
